Antonio Mammarella is the Head MMA Instructor at Marrickville Martial Arts Club and a current professional MMA fighter. He has been in mixed martial arts for more than fourteen years as an athlete and a coach, and still competes today.
His classes combine striking, clinch and ground work so members become comfortable in every range rather than strong in one and lost in the others. What he works on in camp tends to show up on the mats the same week. He also takes Muay Thai sessions on the timetable.
