A sauna on site, so you can finish a session without leaving the club. A towel is required every time.

A cold plunge in the same area. Shower before you get in, every time.

Weights and cardio equipment for strength and conditioning work around your classes.

Recovery access depends on which membership you have.

Included
Recovery access is included with Prestige membership. Prestige is $55 per week, with unlimited classes.

Before you use it
Recovery area rules
Everyone using the recovery area follows these rules, every visit.
- 01Use a towel in the sauna.
- 02Shower before entering the cold plunge.
- 03Clean the area after use.
- 04Follow all displayed safety and hygiene instructions.
Important: Access may be refused if rules are not followed.
