How we teach
Credentials matter. Teaching matters more.
Technique before intensity
Classes are built around understanding the movement first. Intensity is added once the shape is right, not before.
Corrections, not just reps
Coaches move around the room during drilling. You will be shown what to fix, by name, in your first few sessions.
Beginners are the plan
New starters are not an interruption to the class. Every session is designed on the assumption that someone new is in it.
Book your trial
Train with them.
Book a free trial class and meet the coach running the session you're interested in.
One free trial class. It is a single free class, not a free week of training.
